Discussion: titles. How do you come up with your titles?

I hate coming up with titles with a burning passion and think of them very last minute.

They are often just prompts that I fill with said fic, or named after places the fic happens at.

I'm very grateful for a less generic suggestion to come up with a title.

I read and dreamed today, which was very helpful.

Titles are often my sticking point. Typically, I use song lyrics or puns that seem to fit the mood (depending on the type and tone of the story). I do find that the less time I have between "posting" and "due", the harder it is to come up with a title, unless one had already come to me.

I usually google keywords of my fic+poems and pick phrases from the poems that fit the vibe. Sometimes the connection is precarious.

I generally stick to common phrases and idioms and they usually come to me in the middle of writing. Otherwise I go for song lyrics (Fall Out Boy has a lot of good ones lol).

Ideally, I try to pick out a phrase or sentence from the story, but I'm not very good at picking out titles in general.
