Hello on Sunday! What kind of a writing day has it been so far today -- or if today hasn't gotten going yet, how did you fare yesterday?
- I thought about my fic once or twice
- I wrote
- I did some planning and/or outlining
- I did research and/or canon review
- I edited
- I've sent my fic off to my beta
- I posted today!
- I'm taking a break
- I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment
Sunday Discussion: It's a new writing week -- not to mention a new writing month -- and that means a fresh start. Maybe you had a great writing week last week, or maybe last week wasn't the greatest for getting writing things done -- what kind of goals do you have for keeping up your momentum or starting off fresh this month?

Date: Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 23:46 (UTC)Recently I've also seen how hard it is for me to write a fanfic. I haven't written one since the first years of uni I think (which is about a decade ago). I'm not sure what's blocking me. If it's the stress of outside factors, or the feeling that if I write something it has to be great, or at least very solid writing. I'm wondering if getting closer to a fandom community would help to motivate me more, hence why I'm wandering around Dreamwidth today.
So this month I'd like to post more on DW, try to get fandom back into my life, cause I miss it.
