WIP Challenge: Sunday (Day 25)

Good morning!  I'm psyco_chick32 and I'll be checking in with you guys as we wrap up this month's WIP challenge!!

How's everybody doing today?  Word Count?  *points to icon* Is this a common thought lately?  Let us know in the comments!!

Also, let's talk about Descriptive Writing.
"Substitute 'damn' every time you're inclined to write 'very'; your editor will delete it and the writing will be just as it should be." ~ Mark Twain.

Do you love adverbs and adjectives?  Do you make an effort not to use them?  Obviously, descriptors can add a lot of word padding when you're desperately trying to hit a goal (**cough** NANO **cough**) - is that a "trap" you've fallen into?

929 words on a Carnivale/White collar fusion. Crossover. Type thing.

Seriously; gimpy, scruffy Jonesy (played by Tim DeKay) combined with con-artist (and fortune-teller) Neal Caffrey in a Depression era carnival? If for no other reason than to get beyond Jonesy's absolutely deplorable tendency to fall in love with women who are either too young, too screwed up or too married. The guy's got issues, so let's throw Neal Caffrey at him! :-D
