Good morning!  I'm psyco_chick32 and I'll be checking in with you guys as we wrap up this month's WIP challenge!!

How's everybody doing today?  Word Count?  *points to icon* Is this a common thought lately?  Let us know in the comments!!


Also, let's talk about Descriptive Writing.
"Substitute 'damn' every time you're inclined to write 'very'; your editor will delete it and the writing will be just as it should be." ~ Mark Twain.

Do you love adverbs and adjectives?  Do you make an effort not to use them?  Obviously, descriptors can add a lot of word padding when you're desperately trying to hit a goal (**cough** NANO **cough**) - is that a "trap" you've fallen into?

Got another scene of god_tier going. Around 400 words today, but I might do more tonight. I do need to check up on Beta A over my FMA Big Bang later tonight though and needed to get another project of sorts finished too.

I use adverbs and adjectives when needed. Sometimes I find I can tell a story without needing them.
