Yeah, I hate seeing a distraction on 750 Words too! Occasionally when the site's been slow I've ended up w/a wrongful distraction (after I'm done for the day I always go to the export page & re-open the entry to make sure everything's there, & if the site is laggy, once in a while it registers as me still writing, but w/a long break in the middle). *shakes fist*

It's easier for me to avoid distractions when I'm just banging out a draft of something. If I'm editing it sometimes seems inevitable that I will change a word, click through a few tabs, restructure a phrase, cycle through tabs again...
