Hi, I'm not on the challenge this month but I was interested by the 'distraction' topic.

When I have a task I think I'll easily be distracted from, I PLAN distractions for when I've acheived minor goals - for example, edited one page. That way I'm not denying myself the distraction, plus I have an incentive.

To avoid internet altogether, I write on paper - although this adds a typing up/editing step.
