I travelled straight from work this evening I'm in Glasgow for a few days and am planning to use some of my free time to get some writing done. I'm hoping that this much needed and long overdue weekend off will give my fandom mojo a kick to get something done before I go back to Aberdeen on Sunday night.

Definitely in Cheeky Break ™ territory the past day or two on account of a game (Fate / Extella) that is giving me a major supply of plot bunnies.

I bring a notebook. I like to write when I'm out and about but I like the feel of paper and pen when I'm on vacation. Using my computer is too much like work. HOwever, when I'm home, I'm putting some serious mileage on my keyboard.

I am just back from a trip and didn't write, but I took lots of notes on where I was and what I was doing. I wrote some story and world building concepts out based on my experience. Hopefully, the notes will be useful! I was in Montana snowshoeing in Glacier National Park. Soon I need to pick a fandom and fic idea and start nailing it down.
