I hope to spend some time with my writing this afternoon, after I get home from work. It will probably start with research, but hopefully end with actual words on the page!

I do a lot of research prior to writing -- I enjoy research for one thing, and I think it helps me firm up the idea I want to explore in the story. I often have to check canon facts in the middle of writing, or research something that comes up that I didn't think of, so I basically research throughout the writing process!
