Question: What type of 'fic is your "comfort food", either for reading or for writing?

I've been editing with a bit of researching and writing thrown in. As for comfort writing, I'm not really sure! I think I get the most comfort out of writing (and reading) short gap fillers where characters are doing things together that draw them closer together in friendship or as a family.
