WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 26 -- Sunday
Greetings!
linaewen here for a week of encouragement and discussion as we finish up our writing month and start a new one. What kind of a writing day has it been so far today?
I do best writing at my computer in my home office. The room is separated nicely from the other rooms so that I am not disturbed by the TV, etc. It's a very comfortable set up, and I have everything I need to hand. When I am away from my computer, I tend to write by hand as the opportunity presents itself, but it's usually notes and ideas writing, rather than actual composing. I prefer to do that at my computer.
- I thought about my fic once or twice
- I wrote
- I did some planning and/or research
- I edited
- I've sent my fic off to my beta
- I posted today!
- I'm taking a break
- I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

I've been reading over what is already posted for Let Me Fade and also read through the two chapters that are ready for posting, a little more editing and they'll be up. I started outlining chapter 8 which is the next one to work on.
I usually have notebooks and pens with me and also use my laptop for writing. My flat is small so I usually work on the sofa. Sometimes I'll use my phone but MS Word on Windows Phone doesn't have any disability settings so its always a last resort.
I thought about a story, but not the one I wanted to think about, does that count? :)
Been trying to schedule my writing in the mornings, but so far haven't done well with that. It's a new change, so I'll see how it goes.
