WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 8 -- Monday

Hello on Monday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

•     I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Discussion - Sometimes inspiration strikes and an idea must be written down immediately.  What are some of the things you've grabbed to make note of a creative idea you didn't want to lose?

I need to plan some writing time into my schedule this week, otherwise it won't happen!

My best ideas have been written down on napkins and church bulletins. Envelopes are also useful! Now that I have a decent note-taking app on my phone, I have managed to save a couple of creative thoughts on my phone.

I finished editing the third chapter. I hope the next pass will be faster so that I can get a better feel of the flow instead of being stuck every other sentence. I also added some more words to the next chapter. Not terribly much, but they're the fist words I've written in a couple of weeks, so it's a start.

I put everything on my phone.
