Nothing doing in the realm of writing, maybe I'll be able to get my act together after I get home from an appointment today.

As for distractions, I am mostly distracted by undone work that I only seem to remember when I am sitting down to write! I also get distracted by the internet. Noise can distract me but I can usually deal with that by putting on my headphones and some music -- however, it can't be music with words, or I'm even more distracted.
