Check-In – Day 25

The party never stops. What have you been doing?

— Thinking. Maybe a little, maybe a lot.
— Writing.
— Planning and / or researching.
— Editing.
— Sending things to the beta.
— Posting!
— Relaxing, taking a break, etc.
— Other stuff-ing. Look at the comment.

Easy question for today: Touch-typer or hunt-and-peck-er?

Looking for inspiration by going back and reading my older stuff to see what worked and what didn't.

Hunt and pecker who has managed over the years to not have to look at the keyboard, but still doesn't use home row keys. I average 80-ish WPM.

[Also, ended up Making Actual Progress -- I think I'm about half done with this one.]

Don't know what kind of typer I am because I can type most of the time without looking or having to hunt down the letters I want... until I get a question like this one LOL!

I've been planning this week. I'm going to be doing bed and breakfast AU with the same characters I've been writing (Blackpink) but ships I've never written before.

I touch type, but not with my hands in the standard positions. I don't use my pinkie fingers, and I tend to cover more than half the keyboard with my left hand. I get around the 80 wpm range like this.

I'm not making writing progress this week so far, sigh! I'll probably toy with my outline today in the hopes some words fall out onto the page.

I am a touch typer, I guess - I don't have to look, unless I need to type a number. Somehow, when learning to type in high school, I couldn't quite manage the numbers without looking!
