Hello on Tuesday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

•     I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Tuesday Discussion - How much research do you to for a story?  Do you do it before you begin writing, or as needed in the midst of writing?

I got a tiny bit of writing done yesterday, but more needs to happen today in order to accomplish at least one of my goals for the month!

I love doing research, and get easily sidetracked when doing it. I do much of my research before writing, in order to make sure my ideas will work the way I want them to, as well as to add foundational details that give the story depth. I often need to check on something as I go along, however, and have to be careful not to get lost in research while the story is waiting!
