WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 13 -- Sunday

Hello on Sunday!  We're just about halfway into the month at this point -- hope you've had a successful writing month so far! So, what kind of a writing day has it been today (or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet)?

       - I thought about my fic once or twice
       - I wrote
       - I did some planning and/or research
       - I edited
       - I've sent my fic off to my beta
       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

I've gotten a bit of writing done, but want to do better at focusing on a WIP this week, to see if I can make some good progress towards completing it.

A successful day of writing for me consists of doing something that moves my story along. It may be limited to research or outlining, or simply thinking about it or jotting down a note, but if I manage even just that much during the course of a busy week, I feel good. A SUPER successful day, however, is one where I actually put words together and write something that produces an actual word count. ;-)
