Hello on Monday!  What kind of a writing day has it been so far today -- or if today hasn't gotten going yet, how did you fare yesterday?

       - I thought about my fic once or twice

       - I did some planning and/or research
       - I edited
       - I've sent my fic off to my beta
       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Monday Discussion:  Many of us have finished up our summers and are looking at a new routine that involves school -- either for ourselves or for our families.  Was your summer disruptive to your writing routine?  Will "back to school" provide more time/better structure for your writing -- or less?

My summer was disruptive in that I actually took a vacation involving travel, and that threw me off pretty thoroughly. No one in my family is in school, but my workplace is geared to school as one of the things we do is tutor students. Back to school gives me more work to do, but it also provides structure, so I at least can schedule things better.
