WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 7 -- Tuesday

Hello on Tuesday!  What kind of a writing day has it been so far today -- or if today hasn't gotten going yet, how did you fare yesterday?

       - I thought about my fic once or twice
       - I wrote
       - I did some planning and/or outlining
       - I did research and/or canon review
       - I edited
       - I've sent my fic off to my beta
       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Tuesday Discussion:  What do you use to compose your fic?  Paper and pen/pencil?  Word processing program?  What's your favorite program if you use your computer for some aspect of the writing process?

Usually a notebook and pen for outlines and quotes I want to use, I use LibreOffice because it works well with my assistive tech.

That program and I have a long history together. Good choice. :-)

Today is a rare day off for me. While I would like to get some writing done, I have the strong suspicion that I will instead spend the day procrastinating and relaxing, which I would argue that I sorely need at this point in time.

As I mentioned the other day, I have been looking for a new word processor, but I traditionally use a combination of Edit Pad Lite, Jarte, and Notepad ++ (and Libre Office, if need be). I do my prewriting by hand, more often than not. That green notebook is full of good karma.

I'm reaching the part in my current WIP where I don't know how to get to the next planned scene.

At the moment I use Scrivener, and I'm trying to dictate with Dragon more often with mixed successes
