Writing Session Saturday

I'll be hosting an IM writing session on Saturday, 6 pm UTC. Here is some info on how to join and here is a handy time zone converter.

Oh, yay! I wanted a writing session but there is a small chance I might actually have a life & be going out Saturday evening -- but if I don't go out, there will be a session I can join anyway. :D Thanks! If I don't go out I will totally join.

You're most welcome! It's so cold around here at the moment that I'm refusing to go out, so plenty of time to run writing sessions. ^^

I normally would too! (It's pretty cold here, comparatively -- not as cold as everyone seems to think it is though ^^;;) Except there's a Queen cover band from Japan playing here on Saturday (THEIR NAME IS QUEER OMG OMG OMG) & that is too amazing to miss. :/ Though my partner has a cold & he's the only person I know who wants to go, & I am not motivated enough to go by myself, so... we will see. I may be in the session after all! \o/

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! Going to concerts alone is something I don't really enjoy either.

At home in NYC there were a couple of places I felt all right going to see bands alone -- where the crowds were just somehow uniformly awesome & not hipstery or jerky -- but yeah, in general it's not my favorite thing, & especially not going to a venue for the first time. Eh, we'll see what happens. ^^;;

Sweet! Earlier, I somehow ended up with videos of a Swedish Queen cover band that are also called Queer.

Oh, I know what you mean about crowds. Bigger pop concerts are fine for me, but there are also a couple of metal bands I would have loved to see, only that the crowd is like 90 % more or less drunk guys, and going there on my own can be pretty annoying.
