writethisfanficI propose that we set up a semi-permanent chat room for this community. In practice it would work like this: people would log in, and if someone's there, someone's there. There would be no official staffing.
However, I think that if people knew that there was an option to chat outside formally arranged writing sessions, eventually the chat room could become a place where there would be a high possibility of encountering someone. It would require that people remember to log in to it when they are online, though.
