Writing Session now?

Is anyone up for an impromptu writing session? I'm online at the IRC channel #writethisfanfic, though I don't mind swapping the to old AIM room either, if that's preferred.

Ha! I just poked my head in the IM room a minute ago but left.

I am... not v. conversant w/IRC (yet). I haven't used it in 10+ years & even that was v. limited. Errrrr I wouldn't mind going back to AIM right now if that's all right?

what server do you use for IRC sessions? Good old IRC, may it never die.

If you're looking for detailed instructions on how to access an IRC channel, this post might be helpful. Just replace #yuletide with #writethisfanfic. I'm a bit of a newbie with IRC myself, unfortunately, so I'm probably not the best source of info. Do let me know if you have any other questions, though, or feel free to make a post to the community. :)
