Have you ever written a story inspired by a picture (drawing/painting/photograph) or a song or a poem? Either with the picture or song or poem as the source canon or with it sparking something in another canon.

I don't think I have. I think I'd like to some time, just to try it out. I have been keeping a file of song fragments that I think would make good story titles. Maybe I'll pull out one of those and use it as story inspiration.
