How do you feel about posting a WIP? Have you ever done it? Did it work out for you?
I've been working on a huge WIP (190,000 words and counting) for more than a decade. If I'd known how long it would take, I don't think I'd have dared start posting when I did. Of course, that was before my daughter was born, so I had more time for writing. At any rate, I do have readers who've been following along for years. They've been very patient. I guess it's worked out fairly well for me. I don't know that I'll do it again, however. I think I want to be a lot closer to done with any future projects before I begin posting.
