Do you have a fandom you return to over and over again? If so, what about it appeals to you?

I definitely keep returning to Weiss Kreuz. A plurality of my fics are in that fandom. I mostly go for the early part of canon (there are parts of canon that I know only by osmosis as they've never been commercially available in English). I like being able to mix and match and try different pairings. I like looking at the holes in the plot and coming up with Watsonian explanations. It's not a very active fandom these days-- Most of what I see on AO3 is either not in English or is a repost of an old fic (there are exceptions, and I leap on those).
