How is the writing going today?
Discussion: show, don't tell. How useful is the advice of 'show, don't tell' to you and your writing?
I usually do both show and tell because not everything can be shown like thoughts, feelings etc. I do try to keep both of them fairly evenly used although sometimes just telling works better than showing. It's useful to an extent for my writing but most of the time my characters tend to direct the overall flow of the story.
