What's your favorite trick for getting yourself to start writing?

I don't have any good tricks for starting to write. I'm in desperate need of some, however. I have the most luck when I can do writing sprint/word wars with someone else. Dedicating the time makes me focus and produce words when nothing else is working. Lacking that, I try to get some time to myself. I put on some music and open the document. Some times, I stare at it for a while; some times, I reread it. After that, I can often write.
