One of you mentioned that the check-in actually reminded them to write. Are the check-ins useful to you in that way? Does it help in making writing into a habit? Is it a place of reflection?
To me, it is a combination of the above, it reminds me to track my progress, i reflect on in what ways did i spend time with my WIP that day and sometimes, yes, reminds me that my WIP is waiting for me. On some days, it just reminds me to make writing into a habit: if i manage to sit down for ten minutes, i could already say that i did spend time today with my WIP.
