Morning everyone, hope the last couple of days have good for you. Sorry I missed yesterday's post, I had a double shift and crashed out when I finally got home.

No new words for me yet but I'm not too fussed about that at the moment because I have a few pages to type up when I have a spare hour.

I would have needed a poll option for today I have angsted about my fics, which is what I've mostly been doing lately. :)

Still, have a snippet from a fic that I haven't made any appreciable progress on since last year. I've been editing it today, as I need to change the tense the beginning ten thousand words of it are written in. The fandom is Prince of Tennis.

This made Yukimura glance away. “At first I— but Ryou misses you, and I'm not so selfish after all.”

This pacified Keigo a little. He could understand Yukimura's feelings. Shishido was a person who inspired loyalty and selfless love. Hadn't he himself let Shishido go without any protest when he'd thought that was what Shishido had wanted? Would it be so fantastic to think that Yukimura might feel the same? That realisation, more than anything else, made him promise to call Shishido.

The soft, a little bit wistful smile that graced Yukimura's face made Keigo want to reach out at Yukimura. He held the impulse in check, though, and proceeded to talk about inconsequential things for the rest of the dinner.

I didn't write anything as it was the end of a rather hectic work week and I was knackered, but I did manage to recover the words I thought might be lost the other day.

My WIP at the moment is far too rough for me to share! I'm going for a 'just get it out, then edit it later' approach this week and it seems to be working.
