I took a break yesterday and today, I think it has helped a little because I'm a little more clearer on what I'm going to be mainly working on for a while.
I find dialogue to be much easier to write than description although I do try and make notes in my notebook and on Libre (if I have a typed version) that remind me to add the descriptons later.
