For Discussion: Yesterday in our discussion about reading what others have written about our favorite characters, I shared that one reason I am sometimes cautious about reading such stories is that I'm afraid to discover someone else already thought of the clever plot point I came up with on my own!  Have you ever had the experience of discovering another's story has a similar plot idea to one that you thought was unique to you and your story?  How did you feel and what did you do as a result?
