How is the writing going today?
Discussion: changing seasons. As it's autumn for most of us, I'm wondering do you do anything differently when you sit down to write when it starts to get colder.
When it starts getting colder I put a small electric heater in the room where I do the majority of my writing and use that for an hour or two and I also keep a pair of thermal fingerless gloves close to my laptop so that I have them close by when my hands are sore from the cold. When I feel that it is too cold to work in my usual space, I pull my bed out (I have a sofabed) and retreat under two heavy duty duvets to get my work done.
