Discussion: weekend. What are you doing over the weekend?

This weekend I'm going to Glasgow for the day and then more than likely having a rare lazy day at home. I'll be getting writing and editing done too, although I'm not sure what I'm going to be working on at the moment.

I'll be packing today to travel to visit relatives for a long weekend -- my son, whose house is my home away from home, and my ailing elderly father. Once I arrive this evening at my son's, I'll likely have some quiet time to write if the busy day I have ahead of me doesn't wear me out too much! I'm visiting my dad in another city for part of the weekend, so probably won't get to writing, but I'm back at my son's on Sunday and Monday, and should have some time to myself to relax and write. I'm looking forward to all of it, and hoping for some writing time!
