Discussion Question: I hurt my shoulder because of bad ergonomics, which means I am avoiding all personal computing and use of my right arm, thus no writing for me for awhile. How do you deal with physical ailments or disabilities, and writing?

I haven't written yet today, but hope to get some work in at some point. I spent some time yesterday in researching and planning, and I may be able to move forward on a writing project or two.

I haven't had an injury or disability that affected my writing directly, but I do have a bad knee that doesn't like being in the same position for a long time. This does tend to interrupt my work at times because I have to stop what I'm doing to get up and move around.
