Work is crazy busy just now but I'm getting some writing done during my rare free time and when I'm on long shifts at a clients home.

I've found mistakes after I've posted and most of the time I don't bother to fix them unless it is something that will bug me.

Not getting anything done today, because I've developed a head cold.

I am usually the one who finds the mistakes, and I will usually fix them. If others find them and call them to my attention, I will fix it if it really is a mistake -- particularly spelling errors or missing words or saying south when it totally should have been north.
