Hello on Friday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today?
  •     I thought about my fic once or twice
  •     I wrote
  •     I did some planning and/or research
  •     I edited
  •     I've sent my fic off to my beta
  •     I posted today!
  •     I'm taking a break
  •     I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment
For Discussion:  Have you ever been asked to do a sequel for a story that you never intended to continue?  How do you feel -- honored?  Annoyed?  Do such requests make you reconsider writing more?

I finished my Yule Fic on time, to the tune of 1,000 words; it has been posted.  As for sequels, I have experienced this several times, and it always surprises me to be asked for a sequel.  I feel honored rather than annoyed, but I don't always see why I'm getting the request when it was obvious the story was finished (at least to me).  One one occasion, at least, I have considered writing a sequel after it was requested, and even took some notes, but nothing has come of it as yet.

Another long work day, but I've got high hopes for the weekend. Got to get this project done and move on to the next one.

I've never been asked to do a sequel, I don't think. It's rare that I get any comments at all, honestly.
