WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 25 -- Wednesday

It's Wednesday, which means the week is half over already!  What kind of a writing day has it been for you today -- or yesterday if you haven't started your writing day as yet?

• I thought about my fic once or twice
• I wrote
• I did some planning and/or research
• I edited
• I've sent my fic off to my beta
• I posted today!
• I'm taking a break
• I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

For Discussion:  Have you ever discovered a story you started but forgot about?  Do you have WIPs that have been dormant so long you can't remember what to do with them?  If you found such a story, would you try to resurrect it, even if you couldn't remember your original plan?

I don't think I've ever forgotten about a story, but if I did find one, I would try to resurrect it, even if I couldn't remember where I was going with it in the first place. I do have dormant WIPs, though, but I know what I'm doing with them; they are dormant because I'm too busy or slightly stuck, not because I've lost the thread of the plot.

Currently two for two on the 'Fic Promptly Challenge Week. Got to keep it going!

I've got WIPs, massive outlines for stories that never happened, opening scenes that never had follow-up, etc. Alas, many of these are for fandoms that are long dead (or were never alive), so it's unlikely that I'll pick them up again, but ... you never know!
