WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 17 -- Thursday

Hello on Thursday!  What kind of a writing day has it been today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet?

•     I thought about my fic once or twice
•     I wrote
•     I did some planning and/or research
•     I edited
•     I've sent my fic off to my beta
•     I posted today!
•     I'm taking a break
•     I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Discussion - Do you have any particular method you use to get yourself unstuck when you can't seem to begin/move forward in your writing?  Is it usually successful or just sometimes successful?

When I am stuck or unable to get back into my writing, I reread my most recent chapters or my research notes/outline. That doesn't always help with actual progress, but it usually helps clarify what I want to write, which eventually turns into writing. If I remember to put on music, I usually can get writing done -- not sure why I forget the music aspect, but it really seems to help!

Wrote. Just a bit today. I'm getting pretty tired. -_- Need a weekend to rest up.

I don't get stuck too often. Just gotta keep plowing through until I meet the goal for the scene.
