I spent a lot of time and effort this month helping a college student I tutor with her final essays -- writing related, but not exactly "fun" writing. Glad that's over, whew! Hopefully she'll be taking fewer essay-heavy classes next semester!

As for fic writing, I have not worked on anything as yet this month. My Yule Fic assignment (due at the end of the month) is complete, I'm just waiting until closer to the time to post it to the queue prior to the reveal. I will likely edit it one more time, to make sure it is good to go. I do plan to pick up working one of my neglected WIPs now that I have some more time to call my own.

I went over the Femslash Kink Meme prompt list again, pulled out five I thought I could work with, and they all went somewhere. No surprise which one's the most popular (people like smut? quel surprise), but I found the fun with all of them.

No deadlines, but one of the FKM shorts I wrote was inspired by a WIP that's been sitting around for 15 years now, and may end up helping me finish it.

Like frogfarm, I have been picking at femslash_kink, but I have also been having good luck at femslashficlets, my old standby. December could end up being my most productive month this year (like in 2015, which I hold up as a gold standard for my productivity).
