WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 17 -- Sunday

Hello on Sunday!  What kind of a writing day has it been so far today -- or if today hasn't gotten going yet, how did you fare yesterday?

       - I did some planning and/or outlining
       - I did research and/or canon review
       - I edited
       - I've sent my fic off to my beta
       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Sunday Discussion: It's a new writing week, and that means a fresh start.  Maybe last week wasn't the greatest for getting writing things done -- what kind of goals do you have for starting off fresh this week?

I'm just getting going today, so nothing to report as yet, but I am thinking about my fic! I have been in a bit of a writing slump so far this year, so any amount time I actually spend on my fic is an improvement! I am hoping to use today to get centered again and focused on making fresh progress with my writing.

Last few days going mostly worse on everything else, but better on writing. Headache kept me from an early start on finishing another scene this morning, but it's gone now. All extremities crossed and here we go.

I managed to write today! It was long-hand in a notebook between tasks at work, and I haven't typed to up to get a wordcount, but it's between two and three journal pages.

I did hit my writing goal of 2000+ words last week (2600ish!). This week's goal is to finish the last chapter of my current fic. I HOPE that's only about 2000 more words, but we'll see!
