WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 9 -- Friday

Hello on Friday!  Looking back at the day today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet -- how did it go?

   - I thought about my fic once or twice
   - I wrote
   - I did some planning and/or research
   - I edited
   - I've sent my fic off to my beta
   - I posted today!
   - I'm taking a break
   - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Looking forward, how are you planning to spend your weekend?

   - I'm going to make up for not writing all week by having a writing marathon
   - I'm going to keep writing at my current rate and see how it goes
   - I have other plans, but I might have time to get some writing in
   - I'm going to take a break from writing

I've had one of the busiest weeks I've ever had and barely got a chance to think about writing, let alone actually do it. So I am glad for a relatively free weekend at last, and I hope to have at least a small writing marathon in an attempt to catch up!

Writing and some research and planning too.

I've got nightshifts coming up so I can take my notebook with me and write when the bulk of the tasks are done.

Had a nice long visit with a friend from out of town I don't see nearly enough. Good food, good conversation. Ready to make up for it tonight and all weekend with writing.

I've been getting dug out from past due-dates and am finally working on stuff for myself again which is just great! I've written about 1.2k today and it's great :D
