Hello on Thursday!  How's the day going so far for fic? (If you haven't gotten started on your day as yet, how did yesterday go for writing fic?)

Yesterday was somewhat terrible as far as writing goes. I had no time to even think about my WIP, due to having lots of meetings and even when I had some free time I was thinking about the impending meetings! However, today should be much more conducive to writing, so I am hopeful.

My five words: Hope springs eternal for writing!

Yesterday went really well as I finally started actually writing the first scene of the current chapter, as well as continuing to tweak the few remaining chapter outlines. Today started slow but now I'm finishing scene 2.

On the one hand it feels a little sad as I approach the end, and yet this trilogy has satisfied me more than almost anything else I've written on so many levels. Over the last three years, it's been one of the main things that's kept me happy and sane. So to sum it up in seven words (I'm a loner, Dottie. A rebel), and to quote Joe Walsh: Life's been good to me so far...

Writing's going somewhere in between. Been easily distracted by everything and anything, but might have managed to put in a 60 to 90 minutes.

Today I spent 30 mins and went over my daily wc. I'm cool with that.

Today I got a sense that I know where the story is gonna go. Here's hoping that feeling continues.
