I'm writing two fics for an event, I got one ready to post so I can just hit the button when it's time to go live and I got my second one finished and off to beta. Now I'm going to chill with tacos and anime for the evening. (Tho I might start on a fic I've had imh that's just for me if I'm feeling it.) I'm feeling very accomplished at the moment. \o/

The last sentence I wrote was: “It’s the only way we’re going to get through this.”

I'm very slowly watching Kyo Kara Maoh! I've never seen it before but it was always on like. . .the fringes of fandom groups I was in so I finally got around to it in my list.

Writing is going okay! Feeling some self-imposed deadlines looming a little nearer, but I finally have the energy to tackle some of it, so I'm just a little nervous. Things feel... messy, right now, and I just need to figure out how to clean them up.

The last sentence I wrote:
"All he could do was continue to give away his time, his food, his space, his life, and not flinch at the ghosts staring back."

Good luck with the self-imposed deadlines! I hope you figure out how to do the clean-ups you need and can ask for an extension if it takes a little bit more time than anticipated ;)

Oooh I really like the 'ghosts' in that sentence, it's very intriguing when not knowing whether it's a metaphor or real ones, very cool :D

Thank you! It's hard to find a balance between setting some goals to be motivated and keep a good pace, and not stressing out over them. I'm still figuring out the best system for me. I just don't want to post anything I'm not 100% happy with...
