How's it going today? Tell us how the first week of this month's challenge is ending for you. Have you written lots of words, edited lots, none at all? What are you hoping to get done in the following week?
Also, it's time for the general chat/snippet-posting/beta-seeking/etc. etc. etc. post. Please feel free to do any of those things in the comments to this post!
(& don't forget the writing session tomorrow!)

Date: Saturday, November 5th, 2011 02:52 (UTC)Tiny snippet, with names of characters being edited out, and looking really weird. And maybe I forgot how to write in English, I dunno.
"Broke up," she repeats. "Why? How?"
"I... don't know. We just did."
"And you haven't argued before. Right."
M. shrugs again.
"M.," K. says tiredly, "I will drag it out of you if I have to. You know I will. So just tell me what happened."
"I don't know!" M. exclaims - cries out - and for a couple of seconds her face crumples into a weird little grimace.
"Oh M.," K. sighs and tugs her into a hug.
... why did I post this again?

Date: Saturday, November 5th, 2011 05:19 (UTC)pass outgo to bed. I'd like to get this fic done by next week, if I can. Little snippet:"Goddess, I can't believe they didn't teach you any life skills. Hey, don't run off. What are you going to do? Sit on the floor and imagine eating? You probably don't even know how to shop at a grocery store, do you? Get your pet; I'll throw on some more pasta and get you sorted out for the night."
"My... pet?"
Genesis sighed again. "Go get Cloud. You've got him waiting in there with his paranoia ramped up to full, right? I'm offering you dinner, if you want to eat. I'm not going to hurt him."
