I will go with somewhere in between for now because I didn't get much done yesterday and I have not yet started writing today. However, I am hoping for an excellent! by the end of the day because I plan to spend a good couple of hours writing fic. My day is free of other entanglements, so I now is my chance!

Hi, I’m new! I’m going to comment on yesterday’s writing before I can get too shy to comment overall.

I would say yesterday went somewhere in between for me. I wrote about 30-60 minutes so I think I put in a solid amount of time, but I didn’t feel as much of the “spark” or “flow” I feel on a good day. I’m in the denouement phase of a multichapter longfic I’ve been working on for multiple years, and it feels different than working toward a climax.

My five words: progress is progress is progress.

Welcome! I'm glad you are here! Sounds like a successful day yesterday, hopefully today goes well, too! I'm also working on a longfic today that has been going many years, mostly due to me neglecting it. Good luck with finishing your fic up!

That's awesome! Sitting down and getting something written, even if the spark isn't there, is usually half the battle. Congrats on getting all the way to where you are now in that longfic!

Day is going okay! Not great, but okay. I spent a lot more time than usual brainstorming ideas for scenes (my current WIPs are a collection of short scenes that build up into a larger narrative) so that when I sit down... RIGHT now... any minute now... I won't need to spend time coming up with said ideas.

I'm planning on spending the next two hours writing. Since I've said it, I'm going to have to do it or be a liar. So there.

Thank you! The brainstorming and also doing the pomodoro timing technique has really helped; I'm three 25-minute segments in now, and still going! :D

I wrote today! That's a solid 2/2 so far! I wrote 139 words on the fic I started yesterday, and I'm so happy to do it.

I don't have the spoons to comment individually, but I hope you all know you're doing great and can do the thing!
