I am in the pre-writing stage of procrastinating by doing everything except writing -- but I need to buckle down and get some words out today. I made the time for it and I need to use the time for writing (instead of making cookies, doing laundry, surfing the internet...)

I did manage some actual writing, thankfully. It is shaping up slowly, but every time I work on it, it gets closer to something I can send to the editor!
