I am somewhere in between today because I have not started yet, but I have plans for at least an hour of editing for a work project. Then we'll see how things go, I am hoping to spend time with my WIP to reward myself for the editing.

My five words: Editing is boring but necessary!

Finished and posted the fun smut in a marathon weekend session, and the best part other than how happy I am with the result is that the editing and proofing, usually a long and pain process, in this case took less than an hour for a 12k+ word piece. So I'd say yesterday went really, really well apart from my having limited my audience yet again by writing for some of the least popular tropes and relationships in the field of smutty romance (The V Files (Mystery Incorporated, E, F/M, Velma/Fred, cabin in the woods, exhibitionism, body worship)). About as raunchy as you can reasonably get with a sweet sappy friendship turned romantic between two sensible young virgins who don't go all the way. Also hilarious this comes right after I post two super-serious emotional Teen-rated genfics. Took a while to get going this year, but I think I'm finally up to speed.

As far as today it's been no writing and all planning. How I feel about it: "Everything has to start somewhere."

I actually managed about 200 words actually written today on a few different projects. I now have 4 fics lined up in a general order that will hopefully result in them getting finished. I was planning on working on something different this morning, but a new 5+1 fic for a ship I don't often write wormed its way into my brain, so that's where I'm at now.
