Hello on Tuesday! What kind of a writing day has it been so far today -- or if today hasn't gotten going yet, how did you fare yesterday?

I am in between blog articles which is an ongoing project, but I don't have another one due until next month, which is great! I will start working on it soon, but in the meantime I am wanting to work on my long fic WIP that I always think about but never actually make time for. I don't have much time today, but maybe I will at least daydream about it!

did not get any writing done today, but i did do a spot of research! i haven't written anything for months because of real life stuff, and now i feel like i've forgotten how to do it, but once i actually sit down to write -- maybe tomorrow? -- i'm hoping it will turn out that it's like riding a bicycle, and you never really completely forget.

I've been slowly whittling away at all my assignments, they're unfortunately all due one week after the next. My addiction to signing up for exchanges has come back to bite me in the butt! I have two fics I have to complete by this week, one for a friend (I hope they'll like what I create!) and one for a fandom I adore but have never created for, so I am simultaneously nervous and excited! Instead of working on these though, I'm in the middle of editing another fic that's also due - I forgot how long editing takes haha *nervous laugh*.

Lots to do, so I appreciate these check-ins! I hope they keep me on track!

I would have written. I meant to write. I even opened a doc to write!

But this morning I spent a little over 3 hours riffing on black comedy crackfic with a group and I think that took up 78% of my creative brain. It was worth it, but....

Oh well. There's always tomorrow.

I have 4 fics on rotation, not including the one (1) exchange fic, the one (1) fic for WIP Big Bang that I'm still trying to get back into, plus the just-remembered Unconventional Courtship fic that I may or may not get to. ;__;
