I was super ready for writing time after work today, only to be hit by a double whammy of intense pain and surprise upset feelings. I took a rest and got up just in time to go to bed.

Oh well. Tomorrow will be busy, but hopefully it will stay good busy.

I'm so sorry for that miserable double whammy. I hate when things like that sink my good intentions. I hope things feel better soon.
