Over the course of last week, I've written over 3,000 words for my fic. It has become a nightly ritual for me, and I've managed to reach my personal challenge of writing over 500 words each day. I might bump it in the future, but let's see how that goes.

Congratulations! :D That's a great number of words, and especially when it's become a habit with steady progress forward.

After a rather large period of slacking, I am finally doing more than organizing my next chapter and have completed the first 3 scenes to get it ready for posting. I've never been good at splitting up my time, but I need to get better so I don't just focus on single things to the exclusion of everything else I want to accomplish.

I know that feeling *way* too well... I feel like I devote all of my time and energy to my main priority, and then let everything else completely fall to the wayside. It's frustrating, because it feels like I constantly have to play catch-up.
