WIP challenge check-in, day 3

And once again! How's it going today? If you're not writing, are you maybe having luck bouncing ideas around? Planning to write? Revising? Procrastinating by reviewing canon (or by doing anything else)?

(... & adding to my to-do list for the comm: re-doing the tags. I think nested tags, or whatever they're called, perhaps? [So there'd be, for example: "wip challenge: check-in" or something.] Just to say publicly I do want to do this at some point, in order to be accountable!)

I've managed to set up a daily writing schedule, but fitting fiction into that schedule still seems to be a problem. Right now I seem to be in one of my moods where I see nothing worthwhile in my work and therefore have trouble getting back to the writing swing, which is not so nice. Hopefully that mood will pass soon!

Setting up a schedule is awesome--writing is writing, y'know? I think it's good for the writing brain either way, & will probably end up positively affecting your fic regardless.

(Also, if I'm feeling really angsty, sometimes I end up writing RIDICULOUS fic where everyone has the same problems as me & the same "poor me" attitude--usually I don't post this fic. ;) But I could probably avoid writing it if I spent more time processing my issues by writing journal-y type stuff instead!)
