How are you feeling in general about your writing week this week?  Have you had some success?  If so, why not post a wee snippet for us?

On the other hand, has it been kind of a bad week?  Are you panicking because you're not able to make progress?  Is RL just too complicated at the moment?

Today I wrote a bit, edited a bit, posted a chapter I finished earlier this week. I'm still not really happy with it, but it's not going to get any better, so I posted it in order to move on. (Cue waiting in horror for readers to call me out on posting a bad chapter.)

I'm really disappointed in myself regarding my writing this week. For personal reasons I was sticking to a goal of 500 words per day on my main WIP... and I totally blanked yesterday and didn't write anything. I'm trying to make it up by writing 1,000 words today, but ugh. I'm still upset about it.

I finally finished a section and posted it, and have done some working out for the next section. But everything keeps getting longer, so I feel I'm further away even though I'm making progress.

I wrote. I'm starting to despair of getting to the part of the story that fills the actual prompt, but I'm making progress. Tomorrow's a day of travel, so I'm not sure I'll manage any new writing (I should have brought a notebook. I meant to).

I daren't post snippets. This fic's for an anonymous exchange. I'm also not pleased enough with anything I've written to want to share it.

I researched/plotted/outlined. This week I did nothing but plotting on a fic with a upcoming deadline, so you can say I'm starting to panic.

I didn't get anything done but that was sort of expected.

Writing this week has not gone brilliantly, but at least I've managed to check in here most days which is a definite improvement.
